NIRD PROGRAMME

National Institute Rural Development joined together in implantation of transfer of technology to rural poor women youth. The technology was transfer to 14 villages in Kadavur block. Those technologies were implemented through awareness programme following technology transformation to rural people.

• Low cost solar drier
• Bicycle dynamo mobile charger
• Conical tile roofing
• Dynamo flash light with LED
• Dynamo mobile charger
• Re-glowing of fused tube light device
• Cono Weeder

The people have actively participated in that programme.  After transferring of the technology, the people have tried to utilize the technologies. We have covered 6000 people among 14 villages from 13.9.2011 to 19.09.2011.
